It is free for small quantity samples but you should pay for the delivery fee , if the quantity is big , you should pay for the samples and delivery fee , but the amount will be deducted in next order .
2. What are the payment terms?
We accept Paypal, T/T, Western union and L/C. 30% deposit in advance , 70% balance paid before delivery( include the delivery fee ) .
3. What about the delivery time?
We will deliver the goods within 10 working days , large quantity will be delivery within the deadline which both parties agreed.
4. Do you provide OEM service?
Of course .We have a professional team which is having considerable experience in color decoration cases,design and manufacturing. Please send us the high definition images, text, logo ,the material that you need ,how would you like to arrange them. We will try our best to put your ideas into effect and we will sent the design to you to confirm after we finished files . And will start to produce once you confirmed .
5. What kind of transportation methods you offer?
We always use express delivery like DHL, UPS, FedEx, TNT and EMS, as we enjoy perfect discount in these companies. But if buyers provide us accounts of their own, transportation fee paid by such accounts are also welcomed.
